DPG Media recently launched an online HR tool to help employees take charge of their own development and careers. To celebrate the launch and encourage use of the tool, a printed magazine named GRIP was created and distributed to employees in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The brief was met with 48 pages of engaging content wrapped in a minimalistic magazine cover of reflective foil to invite self-reflective inquiry.
